My sister's computer had problems today.
When she logged on it was like it was a new guest user setting. All bookmarks, emails, saved info was gone.
What do you think? Virus? Hardware failure?
They run anti-virus software but we all know that isnt failproof.

If it is her personal computer, it sounds like a bug that just throws off her settings. If it was at SYKES, or a job, all of the computers were reformatted.
